KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Transport Authority says it will be increasing initiatives to deter unlicensed transport operators (robots) from operating in downtown Kingston, the wider Corporate Area and eventually island wide through a raft of measures including stronger enforcement of the road traffic regulations.
