A bitter complaint by the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) boss Terrence Williams was dispatched to Parliament on October 30, 2014, essentially urging the legislature to rein in the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Paula Llewellyn, after she, two weeks earlier, exercised her constitutional authority to discontinue criminal proceedings in the Home Circuit Court in the case concerning the murder of Robert 'Kentucky Kid' Hill.
