NHT offers no explanation for 20-month silence since Outameni purchase
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The board of the National Housing Trust (NHT) met for some six hours Monday night, but even after such a lengthy meeting there was no explanation as to what has happened with the project since payment was made March 13, 2013.
