JAMAICA Observer online readers have responded to Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller's declaration that the parish of Westmoreland is a "territory" of the People's National Party which she leads. Simpson Miller made the assertion at a rally in Central Westmoreland on Sunday to present Dwayne Vaz as the party's candidate for the December 1 by-election to select a member of parliament for the constituency.
