PRIME Minister Portia Simpson Miller is facing intense heat from Jamaica Observer online readers over her attempt at clarifying issues surrounding the controversial purchase of the Outameni tourist attraction by the National Housing Trust. Addressing the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Simpson Miller contended that she only learnt of the purchase through the media last month although the NHT falls under her office.
