Reopen Alpart by December 31 or lose mining rights, Paulwell tells UC Rusal
KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) — Science, Technology, Energy and Mining Minister, Phillip Paulwell, says Russian aluminium company, UC Rusal, has been given until December 31, to re-open the Alpart plant or have their mining rights revoked.
