PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) – Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar says Trinidad and Tobago’s move to replace the London-based Privy Council with the Caribbean Court of Justice as the island’s final court “is a matter that ought to be put to a referendum in the appropriate time”.
