Commissioner lauds investigators, ODPP in murder conviction of ex-cop
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Commissioner of Police, Dr Carl Williams yesterday commended the investigating officers in the 2012 murder of taxi-man Delroy Frame, which resulted in a conviction of an ex-police officer and his sister.
