St Ann customers without water as thieves hit NWC again
ST ANN, Jamaica — The National Water Commission (NWC) says that customers in Breadnut Hill and surrounding areas of St Ann are now without regular water supply after thieves Thursday night made off with over 600 feet of electrical service wires.
