Error in estimates may delay budget process

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- An error in the Supplementary Estimates’* “yellow book” tabled in the House of Representatives yesterday (Tuesday, November 25) by the Minister of Finance and Planning, may throw out the current timetable for completion of its review process, OBSERVER ONLINE understands.
