JAMAICA Observer online readers have weighed in on the ruling People's National Party's retention of the Central Westmoreland seat following Monday's by-election. The party's candidate, Dwayne Vaz, amassed 8,720 votes compared to the 6,268 received by Fay Reid-Jacobs of the Opposiiton Jamaica Labour Party.
