Teenager arrested in murder of Panamanian diplomat
BELMOPAN, Belize (CMC) – An 18-year-old youth has been arrested by police in the murder of the Panamanian diplomat, Jose Rodrigo de la Rosa Stanford, whose body was found by a church goer last month in an area called La Choza in the capital.
