WHILE admitting that Jamaica falls short in several areas of excellence, newly appointed judge of the International Court of Justice and Chancellor of the International University of the Caribbean Patrick Robinson recently urged graduates of the now University Council of Jamaica-registered tertiary institution, to create their own areas of excellence.
