PCL: Leewards to file complaint with WIBC after loss to Jamaica
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Leeward Islands Hurricanes head coach Ridley Jacobs said his team will file a complaint to the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) following a ball controversy in the four-wicket defeat to Jamaica in the four-day match which ended on Monday.
