KINGSTON, Jamaica — Alarmed that Jamaica was one of 30 countries responsible for 80 per cent of all new HIV infections in 2013, the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) council passed a resolution yesterday (Tuesday, December 9) for its Public Health Committee to explore ways to assist in increasing public awareness of AIDS.
