JAMAICA Observer online readers have hailed the return of Dr Christopher Tufton to the Central Executive of the Opposition Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), after being sidelined for nearly a year following the bitter leadership batt;er between Opposition leader Andrew Holness and deputy leader Audley Shaw. Tufton had openly declared his support for Shaw. His return was announced Tuesday, two days of Sunday's meeting of the party's powerful Central Executive during which the officers were re-elected unopposed. Here are some edited comments:
