Drastic decline in mother-to-child HIV transmission in region
WASHINGTON DC, USA—* The number of babies born with HIV in Latin America and the Caribbean declined by 78 per cent between 2001 and 2013, according to a new report from the Pan American Health Organisation/World Health Organisation (PAHO/WHO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
