Flash Flood Watch upgraded to Warning for sections of northern parishes
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Meteorological (Met) Service has upgraded the flash flood watch to a Flash Flood Warning for low-lying and flood-prone areas in the parishes of St Ann, St Mary and Portland effective until 5:00 pm today.
