Trinidad's Prime Minister seeks to bring back hanging
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad - Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar announced yesterday her Government will again be seeking to reintroduce the “hanging bill” next year, even though four years ago, it was defeated in Parliament.
