Traffic changes for downtown Kingston New Year's Eve

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are advising motorists and pedestrians who will be attending the ‘Fireworks on the Waterfront’ event to be held in the vicinity of the Victoria Pier, downtown Kingston on Wednesday, December 31 at 6:00 pm, that the following traffic changes will take effect between 6:00 am December 31 to 2:00 am January 1.
