PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) – A Trinidad and Tobago court has ordered the extradition of Suriname national, Edmund Quincy Muntslag, to the United States where he is facing charges of conspiring with the 42 year-old son of Suriname President Desi Bouterse of attempting to smuggle cocaine into the country.
