KINGSTON, Jamaica - The National Water Commission (NWC) is reporting that plans it had announced on Wednesday for the commencement of the application of asphaltic concrete as part of the final road reinstatement work for the Port Antonio Water, Sewerage and Drainage Project have met upon a slight delay which will see the work beginning during the week of January 19 instead of this weekend.
