GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) – The Caribbean Community (Caricom) grouping has condemned the massacre of “thousands of innocent civilians in Nigeria” and is appealing to the international community to display a greater sense of urgency in dealing with the situation involving the Islamic militant group, Boko Haram.
