KINGSTON, Jamaica — Justice of the Peace Robert Bacchus and his brother, Mark Bacchus, were on Friday arrested and charged by detectives from the Major Organised and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) for forgery, conspiracy to defraud and uttering forged documents.
