KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition Spokesman on Justice and Justice Reform Senator Alexander Williams is questioning the Government’s decision to move forward with the present terms of reference of the Commission of Enquiry into the Tivoli Gardens operation in light of the cost to do so.
