Student action at St Augustine campus a 'right', says Mona Guild president

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Lerone Laing, president of the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona Guild of Students, says he stands in solidarity with the students whose grades are being withheld by lecturers at the university’s St Augustine campus as a bargaining tool, until they receive word as to when they will receive retroactive payments.
