KINGSTON, Jamaica – As debate on the Dangerous Drugs Amendment Act 2015 began in the Senator earlier today, Leader of Opposition business in the Upper House, Tom Tavares Finson while giving overall support to the Act made a passion plea for a change to the section of the Act which gives the minister of justice the right to determine who is a Rastafarian or not.
