Immigration - Nurse wants Express Entry to BC

Dear Ms Powell,I am a nurse and I am interested in living in British Columbia. I have a sister who recently got married and moved there. She said she heard about an express entry programme to BC for medical practitioners. I would like to know how I, too, can move there with my husband and two children.
