JUTC to refund student concession passengers who top up on Sundays
KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) on Tuesday said, effective February 8, the company will refund travel costs to children and student concession passengers who top-up their Smarter Cards on a Sunday.
