UNIVERSITY of the West Indies' (UWI) Department of Government (Mona) undergraduate students, Garrick Donaldson and Rashaun Kanute Watson, took first and second places, respectively, at the recent Charles E Williams II Advanced Leadership Institute annual Oratorical Contest in the USA.
