CLARENDON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) is reporting that the man implicated in the stabbing death of 37-year-old Bertram Fagan, otherwise called ‘Tiler’, a mason of Jags Road, Sangster Heights in Clarendon, is now in police custody.
