KINGSTON, Jamaica — The chairman of the Tivoli Commission of Enquiry has endorsed a line of question being put to former Prime Minister Bruce Golding, saying that he didn't find them irrelevant and that it has occurred to him that Golding himself had no appreciation of how the matter had escalated beyond Tivoli Gardens.
