KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaica Public Service said Tuesday afternoon that it is reviewing the Office of Utilities Regulation directive, issued earlier Tuesday, to pay customers J$973 million that allegedly represents amounts that were inappropriately included in charges for fuel supplied by Petrojam in 2013.
