KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Jamaica Veterinary Medicine Association says it is profoundly disappointed with the remarks attributed to the Mayor of Lucea, Wynter McIntosh, in a recent Jamaica Observer article on the Hanover Parish Council’s plans to deal with the issue of stray animals in the town.
