CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) - Former Prime Minister, Stephenson King has urged his successor, Prime Minister Kenny Anthony, to expedite the process of bringing closure to the controversy that has dogged allegations that members of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) engaged in extra judicial killings.
