Education ministry gets School Effectiveness Toolkit
THE Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) yesterday handed over a School Effectiveness Toolkit to the Ministry of Education, to be used by the ministry's National College for Educational Leadership (NCEL) in its training of school principals.
