KINGSTON, Jamaica – Senior tax officer at the Tax Administration of Jamaica (TAJ) Fernando Davis was granted bail in the sum of J$1 million when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court Wednesday to answer to charges of 10 counts of conspiracy, uttering forged documents and breaches of the Corruption Prevention Act.
