MONTEGO BAY, St James — People's National Party (PNP) councillor for the Salt Spring Division Sylvan Reid was yesterday granted bail in the sum of $300,000 when he appeared in the St James Resident Magistrate's Court on multiple charges in connection with the death of then 14-year-old Cornwall College student Jouvhaine Whitmore, son of former national football coach Theodore 'Tappa' Whitmore.
