KINGSTON, Jamaica – Phillip McLeod, the man charged with arson and murder in relation to the fire that killed three siblings at their home in Hopeful Village, Admiral Town, Kingston 12, was today remanded for psychiatric evaluation when he appeared in the Half-Way-Tree Resident Magistrate's Court.
