In an article published in the Sunday Observer entitled 'JLP says court decision makes Holness's Senate appeal conclusive' it was stated that "a legal team pulled together by Gordon House failed to meet the requirements for their application to the court, leading to the application being declared "wrongly constituted", on the basis of objections raised by attorneys for one of the four senators, Arthur Williams."
