KINGSTON, Jamaica – Opposition spokesman on Local Government Desmond McKenzie cited as discrimination, an announcement by Finance Minister Dr Peter Phillips that a number of reductions will be applicable to children of public sector workers applying to the Students’ Loan Bureau.
