KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) – The police have advised that, effective Monday (March 16), special traffic arrangements will be instituted, in the vicinity of the Riverton City Disposal Site in St Andrew, to assist motorists who may encounter challenges negotiating the roadway, due to poor visibility caused by smoke from the burning facility.
