CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) – The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Friday said it is “gravely concerned” at the increasing tension between the United States and Venezuela and urged both countries to refrain from actions and statements which serve to hamper the legitimate desires of the people of our hemisphere for peace”.
