OCHO RIOS, Jamaica – The Jamaica Labour Party’s Member of Parliament for the constituency where the Moon Palace Hotel is located and who was on the scene of the fire which affected the hotel earlier today says the fire is sending a poor image of Jamaica to investors, something that the country cannot afford at this time.
