Wang Xiaofeng (left), who was recently appointed to the position of general manager of China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) Americas Division, with Yang Qiwu, deputy general manager of CHEC Americas Division and the Jamaica North South Highway Project, during a tour of the work last week. Wang was elevated to the position following the promotion of the former GM, Tang Zhongdong, to vice-president of CHEC International based in Beijing.
