THE Kingston Harbour teems with plastic bottles and bags, styrofoam boxes, tins, and other debris following a downpour on Monday. The banks of the harbour were part of a 101-mile stretch around the island which was cleaned by volunteers on International Coastal Clean-up Day, last September. That effort bagged 85,766 bags of refuse, packed in 5,070 bags. (PHOTO: GARFIELD ROBINSON)
