BRIDGETOWN, Barbados (CMC) — The National Council of Parent-Teacher Associations (NCPTA) says it will deliver letters to the Ministry of Education and the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) on Tuesday as efforts continue to find a solution to end the action taken by teachers who say they will not submit final marks for students who have undergone the School Based Assessment (SBA) programme.
