Bus seized after detour to avoid roadwork ahead of Obama visit
KINGSTON, Jamaica – At least one member of the Jamaica Association of Transport Owners and Operators (JATOO) recently had his vehicle seized because he detoured from the designated route, which was closed by the National Works Agency.
