PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) says it hopes to restore water supplies to thousands of consumers in the east-west corridor by Wednesday after a snake, which entered the treatment plant in North Oropuche, set off a series of incidents culminating with a burnt transformer.
