THE granting of licences to the University of Technology and University of the West Indies to grow marijuana for research purposes has been greeted with mixed reaction from Jamaica Observer online readers. While some wholly welcome the move, there are others who believe the Government should go further to ensure that the 'small man' is not squeezed out of the industry. Here are some edited comments:
